In my role as the leader of a student team during the Game Design Competition „Cyberiada,” we successfully developed a game prototype named „Recycle.” With seven students contributing various skills, our collaborative efforts spanned the year-long competition. Engaging in three game jams, we generated four distinct prototypes, showcasing adaptability and innovation in the field of game design. „Recycle” emerged as a tangible outcome, reflecting technical proficiency and the iterative nature inherent in our collective pursuit of excellence.

Participating in the Game Design Competition „Cyberiada” was a testament to our team’s dedication and versatility. In the span of three 24-48 hour game jams, we crafted two distinct games using Unreal Engine, alongside developing a mobile game using Unity. Notably, our main game prototype, „Recycle,” emerged during our spare time, deftly balanced between academic commitments and work responsibilities.
Recycle
„Recycle” is not your typical game; it’s a journey of rejuvenation and strategic exploration. In this unique prototype, players step into the shoes of a healer navigating an enigmatic, mutated forest. What sets this game apart is the dynamic nature of the forest – its structure regenerates when corrupted. To avoid getting lost in the labyrinth of woods, players must master the art of healing, mending the forest’s fabric as they navigate its tricky terrain. „Recycle” challenges players to not only survive but to harmonize with the environment, offering a gaming experience that blends strategy, exploration, and a touch of ecological intrigue.

Chill Trip
Embark on the ultimate „Chill Trip,” a mobile game crafted in just 24 hours for Android phones. This endless runner promises a simple yet engaging experience. Picture this: procedural-generated roads sprawl before you, offering an ever-changing landscape to navigate. The catch? It’s deceptively challenging. „Chill Trip” is a game that’s easy to pick up but tough to master. Every point scored accelerates your journey! It’s the perfect blend of simplicity and difficulty, making each run a unique and thrilling adventure.

Trashcan Racer
Introducing „Trashcan Racer,” a high-octane game born from the intensity of a 24-hour game jam! Step into the shoes of a daring trashman, revving up your trusty trashcan to compete against others in a race for points and glory. It’s a whirlwind dash through the streets as you navigate obstacles, collect power-ups, and outsmart rival racers. With every corner turned and every trash bin conquered, you’re not just racing – you’re on a quest for supremacy in the trashman circuit. Fast-paced, fun, and crafted in a mere 24 hours, „Trashcan Racer” delivers an adrenaline-packed gaming experience like no other. Ready, set, go!
